Why did I choose this title?
The choice of the titles of the paintings happens after their fruition, I turn from a creator into a fruitor: I look at the painting and listen to what makes them arise in me.

Why Action Painting? Action painting, instinct. Colors are taken, following an internal drive, no questions asked. You dip your hands in the colors and instinctively put them on the cloth.

When people talk about action painting, they think of Jackson Pollock,a genius, who made his internal rebellion stick on canvas. For Pollock, art was also a therapeutic path.

Art is a path, it’s therapy, it’s growth, it takes you into the depths and makes you bring out what you have inside, and then see it all written down and imprinted on canvas.

I would like to tell you that there is lightness … I go inside, I penetrate into the deepest sections, I feel underneath, I sense something that is still invisible that is overpowered by the joy of living but underneath there is something still unknown and in the dark. It is a war between the light and the dark.
